1.  All orders are processed after receiving payment and sent within 24 working hours from our distribution office. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Goods are not insured, should you require this facility please ask for a quote. Shipments may be delayed by a few days If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Local Deliveries Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).Delivery time will vary from 2-5 working day within South Africa cities and from 3 – 5 working days within south Africa Rural areas. Please note that Deliveries Delay may occurs
3. International Deliveries

• Pure Osee ships internationally to a wide variety of countries using the South African Postal Service or a courier service. If you wish to purchase from Pure Osee simply start the checkout process and select your country and shipping method.
• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Pure Osee has no control over the imposition of these duties and taxes and you are responsible for paying them to receive your package.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
• Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected at pick-up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
• Merchandise will not be listed under-value or marked as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against international laws.
• Sellers are not responsible for the service transit time. This information is provided by the Carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Carrier transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

We hope your order meets your expectations, however if you are dissatisfied with your order, or change your mind, you can return it for an exchange or refund (within 15 days from the date of dispatch).

If you have received a faulty product (faulty device/container, texture or fragrance) or experience an allergy, please contact our Customer Service team via email at pureoseecosmetics@gmail.com and we will explain how to return your product(s). Please note we can only offer a refund if returned within 15 days from the date of dispatch.

If you experience an issue with an item within a collection, kit or value pack and would like a refund, you will be required to return ALL items within the set for this to be processed. However, if one of the products is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please send us back the product for a free replacement.

• Products must be returned in their original condition and unfortunately, we are unable to accept items back that have been opened or used, unless the product is damaged or defective.
• This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at www.pureosee.com we are unable to process returns for purchases made from any other outlet.
• Unfortunately, your original delivery cost will not be refunded.
• Your return request will be processed promptly and are processed within 6 working days of receipt.
• Once your return has been processed, an email will be sent to confirm the completion of your refund or exchange.
